CD58分子與急性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病和淋巴瘤相關(guān)性的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:淋巴細(xì)胞功能相關(guān)抗原-3(LFA-3/CD58)是細(xì)胞表面的一種糖蛋白,它與T淋巴細(xì)胞及自然殺傷(NK)細(xì)胞表面的CD2分子結(jié)合后可激活淋巴細(xì)胞的共刺激信號(hào)通路,從而使細(xì)胞毒性T淋巴細(xì)胞(CTL)或NK細(xì)胞最大限度地發(fā)揮對(duì)靶細(xì)胞的殺傷作用。有研究證實(shí),在急性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病(ALL)和淋巴瘤中腫瘤細(xì)胞表面CD58分子表達(dá)減少或者缺失,有可能導(dǎo)致T淋巴細(xì)胞或自然殺傷(NK)細(xì)胞活化失敗,無(wú)法有效地發(fā)揮殺傷作用,使腫瘤細(xì)胞逃避淋巴細(xì)胞的免疫監(jiān)視,從而導(dǎo)致病情變得更加復(fù)雜,易于復(fù)發(fā)。本文旨在論述腫瘤細(xì)胞表面CD58分子的結(jié)構(gòu)、生物學(xué)特點(diǎn)及其與急性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病和淋巴瘤的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The lymphocyte function related antigen -3 (LFA-3/CD58) is a glycoprotein on the surface of the cell. It combines with the CD2 molecules on the surface of T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells to activate the co stimulation signal pathway of the lymphocyte, so that the cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) or NK cells can maximize the killing effect on the target cells. It has been proved that the expression of CD58 molecules on the surface of the tumor cells in ALL and lymphoma is reduced or missing, which may lead to the failure of T lymphocyte or natural killer (NK) cell activation, and can not play an effective role in killing the tumor cells, causing the tumor cells to escape the immune surveillance of the lymphocytes, thus causing the disease to become more complex. This paper aims to discuss the structure and biological characteristics of CD58 molecules on the surface of tumor cells and its relationship with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma.
