【摘要】：目的了解北京市順義區(qū)高血壓患病現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)病危險(xiǎn)因素,為高血壓的預(yù)防控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用按規(guī)模大小成比例的概率抽樣(PPS抽樣)方法進(jìn)行抽樣,抽取18~79歲順義區(qū)常住居民3839人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、體格測(cè)量及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查,采用χ2檢驗(yàn)、Logistic回歸分析對(duì)高血壓相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果順義區(qū)18~79歲常住居民高血壓患病率為36.4%,男性患病率42.30%,女性患病率31.68%(P0.01)�；疾÷孰S著年齡增加而增加,50歲以上老年人高血壓患病率超過50%。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,性別、年齡、血脂異常、超重肥胖(包括腹型肥胖)、高血壓家族史、飲酒均為高血壓的危險(xiǎn)因素。順義區(qū)高血壓總的知曉率、治療率、控制率分別為62.83%、53.25%、21.73%,女性知曉率、治療率、控制率均高于男性(P0.01);隨著年齡增大,高血壓知曉率、治療率、控制率均呈現(xiàn)增高趨勢(shì);對(duì)于已經(jīng)確診的高血壓患者,治療率、控制率分別為84.95%、40.81%,女性均高于男性;年齡越大,確診患者高血壓治療率、控制率也呈現(xiàn)增高趨勢(shì),以上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)結(jié)論順義區(qū)18~79歲常住居民高血壓患病率處于較高水平,且血壓控制仍不理想。應(yīng)采取綜合性干預(yù)措施,加強(qiáng)對(duì)重點(diǎn)危險(xiǎn)因素的控制,提高高血壓的知曉率、治療率、控制率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension in Shunyi District, Beijing, and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of hypertension. Methods 3839 residents aged 18 to 79 years old in Shunyi district were sampled by the method of probability sampling (PPS), which was proportional to the size of the population. The questionnaire survey, physical measurement and laboratory examination were conducted among the 3839 residents in Shunyi District, 180-79 years old. The risk factors of hypertension were analyzed by 蠂 2 test and logistic regression analysis. Results the prevalence rate of hypertension in residents aged 18 to 79 years old in Shunyi District was 36.4%, the prevalence rate of male was 42.30%, the prevalence rate of female was 31.68% (P0.01). The prevalence rate of hypertension increased with the increase of age. Logistic regression analysis showed that sex, age, dyslipidemia, overweight and obesity (including abdominal obesity), family history of hypertension, Alcohol consumption is a risk factor for hypertension. The awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension in Shunyi district were 62.833.25 and 21.73, respectively. The awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of female hypertension were higher than those of male (P0.01), and the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension showed an increasing trend with age. For the patients who have been diagnosed with hypertension, the treatment rate and the control rate are 84.95% and 40.81% respectively. The female is higher than the male. The older the age, the higher the treatment rate and the control rate of the confirmed hypertension. The above differences were statistically significant (P0.05) conclusion the prevalence of hypertension in residents aged 18 to 79 years old in Shunyi District is at a high level and the control of blood pressure is still not ideal. Comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to strengthen the control of key risk factors and to improve the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension.
