膳食膽固醇攝入量對我國成人血壓值和高血壓發(fā)病影響的多水平縱向研究
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of dietary cholesterol intake on blood pressure and hypertension in Chinese adults. Methods based on the data of China Health and Nutrition Survey, 7754 subjects (male 3756, female 3998) who took part in at least two rounds of surveys from 1993 to 2011 and whose blood pressure was normal at the time of enrolling were 180-60 years old. A three-level mixed effect model was used to analyze: model 1, which included dietary cholesterol intake only; model 2, which included individual level variables on the basis of model 1; model 3, which included community variables on the basis of model 2. Results compared with men and women who did not eat dietary cholesterol, The systolic blood pressure (SBP) of the highest dietary cholesterol intake group increased by 1.87 (male 95 CI 1.01v 2.73%) 1.44 mm Hg (female 95 CI 0.54 鹵2.35%), diastolic blood pressure increased 2.04 (male 9595 CI 1.40 2.67%) 0.82mm Hg (female 95CI 0.211.44), the relative risk of male and female developing hypertension were 1.78 (95CI 1.292.455) and 1.23 (95CI 0.871.744 P0.25) respectively. After adjusting for individual level, community level, baseline blood pressure and baseline age, cholesterol intake was positively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure in men and negatively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure in women compared with those without dietary cholesterol intake. The relative risk of hypertension was increased in the highest dietary cholesterol intake group for both men and women, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Dietary cholesterol intake may not affect blood pressure and hypertension risk in both men and women.
