【摘要】：正近年來,高脂血癥發(fā)病率呈現(xiàn)逐年上升的趨勢[1]。有研究證實,應用他汀類藥物降低膽固醇(TC)水平可以降低動脈粥樣硬化性心血管疾病的發(fā)病率與致死、致殘率[2]。然而血脂異常患者經(jīng)過大劑量他汀強化降TC治療后,仍面臨很高的心血管剩留風險[2]。甘油三酯(TG)被認為是心血管剩留風險的重要因素,因此在關注他汀降TC的同時,也應充分重視對TG的干預。蒲參膠囊具有活血祛瘀、滋陰化濁的功效[3],筆者
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of hyperlipidemia increased year by year [1]. It has been proved that statin can reduce the incidence and mortality of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. However, patients with dyslipidemia still face a high risk of cardiovascular remanence after high dose of statins. Triglyceride (TG) is considered to be an important factor in cardiovascular residual risk, so the intervention of TG should be paid more attention to when statins decrease TC. Pushen capsule has the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, nourishing yin and removing turbid.
