【摘要】：目的探討老年男性心力衰竭患者血漿睪酮水平與其心功能及心血管事件的相關(guān)性。方法選擇老年男性心力衰竭患者80例作為心力衰竭組,年齡相匹配的有基礎(chǔ)心臟病史但未發(fā)展為心力衰竭的男性非心力衰竭患者80例作為對照組。心力衰竭組根據(jù)住院期間是否發(fā)生心血管事件分為心血管事件組22例和無心血管事件組58例。測定兩組血漿睪酮水平和左室舒張末徑(LVEDd)、左心室質(zhì)量指數(shù)(LVMI)。結(jié)果心力衰竭組患者血漿睪酮水平明顯低于對照組(P0.05),心力衰竭組LVEDd和LVMI明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。心力衰竭患者血漿睪酮水平與心室重構(gòu)指標(biāo)LVEDd和LVMI均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。心力衰竭患者不同心功能分級之間血漿睪酮水平比較差異顯著(P0.05),其中NYHA-Ⅲ級和Ⅳ級患者血漿睪酮水平明顯低于Ⅱ級患者(P0.05),Ⅳ級患者血漿睪酮水平明顯低于Ⅲ級患者(P0.05)。心血管事件組心力衰竭患者血漿睪酮水平低于無心血管事件組(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年男性心力衰竭患者血漿睪酮水平下降,可加重心室重構(gòu),血漿睪酮下降程度和心功能嚴(yán)重程度及心血管事件的發(fā)生有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between plasma testosterone level and cardiac function and cardiovascular events in elderly male patients with heart failure. Methods Eighty aged male patients with heart failure were selected as heart failure group and 80 age-matched non-heart failure patients with basic history of heart disease but not developing heart failure as control group. Heart failure group was divided into cardiovascular event group (22 cases) and no cardiovascular event group (58 cases) according to whether cardiovascular events occurred during hospitalization. Plasma testosterone levels, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVED), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were measured in both groups. Results the levels of plasma testosterone in patients with heart failure were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.05). LVEDd and LVMI in heart failure group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05). Plasma testosterone level was negatively correlated with LVEDd and LVMI in patients with heart failure (P 0.05).
