【摘要】：目的:本觀察為應(yīng)用丹蔞片治療冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛,證屬痰瘀互結(jié)證患者的心電圖表現(xiàn)、中醫(yī)證候療效及硝酸甘油停減率的療效分析,初步評價(jià)丹蔞片臨床應(yīng)用的有效性及安全性。方法:選取2016年4月～2016年11月在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科門診的患者,符合慢性穩(wěn)定型心絞痛診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者60例。根據(jù)治療組和對照組3:1的比例,通過采用隨機(jī)、雙盲、陽性對照的方法分為治療組45人,對照組15人。治療組:丹蔞片,5片/次,3次/日;利腦心膠囊模擬劑,4粒/次,3次/日,均餐后服用。對照組:利腦心膠囊,4粒/次,3次/日;丹蔞片模擬劑,5片/次,3次/日,均餐后服用。觀察兩組患者治療前后心電圖變化、中醫(yī)證候積分改變、中醫(yī)癥狀療效、硝酸甘油用量變化、以及相關(guān)安全性指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:1、兩組患者的心電圖療效相比無顯著性差異(P0.05),但治療組療效略優(yōu)于對照組。2、兩組患者中醫(yī)癥狀單項(xiàng)計(jì)分,中醫(yī)癥狀積分,中醫(yī)證候療效相比較,P0.05,兩組差異性顯著,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。3、兩組患者治療后硝酸甘油停減率比較,P0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。4、安全性指標(biāo):治療組和對照組組內(nèi)用藥前后藥物安全性檢測值未見明顯變化,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);療后組間藥物安全性檢測值未見明顯變化,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1、丹蔞片可以改善冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(痰瘀互結(jié)證)患者的中醫(yī)證候。2、丹蔞片可以減少冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(痰瘀互結(jié)證)患者硝酸甘油的使用量。3、丹萎片對冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(痰瘀互結(jié)證)患者的心電圖改善不明顯。4、丹蔞片在治療過程中未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),安全性顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Danlou tablet on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, electrocardiogram manifestation of syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, curative effect of TCM syndromes and stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danlou tablet in clinical application. Methods: from April 2016 to November 2016, 60 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris were selected from the Department of Cardiology, the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the ratio of 3:1 in the treatment group and the control group, 45 patients in the treatment group and 15 in the control group were divided into treatment group and control group by random, double-blind and positive control methods. In the treatment group, 5 tablets of Dangluo tablet / 3 times a day, 4 tablets of Liniaoxin capsule analogue, 3 times a day, were taken after meal. In the control group, 4 capsules of Lineau Xin capsule were taken 3 times a day, and 5 tablets of Danglou tablet were taken after meal. The changes of electrocardiogram (ECG), the integral change of TCM syndromes, the curative effect of TCM symptoms, the dosage of nitroglycerin and the related safety indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in electrocardiogram effect between the two groups (P 0.05), but the curative effect of the treatment group was slightly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups in the single score of TCM symptoms, the score of TCM symptoms, and the curative effect of TCM syndromes. The treatment group was superior to the control group (.3), the reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group (.4), the safety index: there was no significant change in the safety of the drug before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in drug safety between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion 1, Danlou tablet can improve TCM syndromes of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (phlegm and blood stasis syndrome). Danlou tablet can reduce the usage of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot syndrome), and can reduce the usage of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. The electrocardiogram of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (phlegm and blood stasis syndrome) was not improved significantly. Safety is remarkable.
