【摘要】：目的探討CT增強掃描在鑒別透明血管型和漿細胞型Castleman病中的價值。方法回顧性分析14例經(jīng)病理證實CD的CT平掃及增強病例資料,測量增強掃描各期CT值并作統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果 11例為透明血管型,3例為漿細胞型,均為彌漫型(共6個病灶)。11例透明血管型患者平均年齡為(35.92±15.58)歲,漿細胞型為(52.67±8.96)歲,統(tǒng)計學差異有意義(P0.05);透明血管型CT_(平掃)、CT_(動脈期)、CT_(靜脈期)、CT_(動脈平掃)、CT_(靜脈-動脈)的平均CT值分別為(42.30±4.37)HU、(126.01±26.20)HU、(106.65±18.54)HU、(86.05±24.63)HU、(-20.71±26.07)HU;漿細胞型CT_(平掃)、CT_(動脈期)、CT_(靜脈期),CT_(動脈-平掃)、CT_(靜脈-動脈)的平均值分別為(50.77±14.55)HU、(98.09±10.62)HU、(88.08±13.73)HU、(47.14±9.96)HU、(-9.61±4.80)HU;兩種病理類型中CT_(動脈期)、CT_(靜脈期)、CT_(動脈-平掃)差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05、P0.05,P0.05),CT_(平掃)和CT_(靜脈-動脈)差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05,P0.05)。結(jié)論年齡、CT_(動脈期)、CT_(靜脈期)、CT_(動脈-平掃)在鑒別透明血管型和漿細胞型CD具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the value of CT enhanced scanning in differentiating transparent vascular type Castleman disease from plasma cell type. Methods the CT data of 14 cases with pathologically proved CD were analyzed retrospectively. The CT values of each phase were measured and statistically analyzed. Results the mean age of 11 patients with transparent vascular type was 35.92 鹵15.58 years old, and the plasma cell type was 52.67 鹵8.96 years old. The average CT value of CTS was 42.30 鹵4.37 HUT + 126.01 鹵26.20 HUU 106.65 鹵18.54 HUU (86.05 鹵24.63HUHU-20.71 鹵07HUU), and plasma cell type CTS (plasma cell type CTS) was CTSP (arterial phase CTS) respectively (126.01 鹵26.20 HUU 106.65 鹵24.63HUU -20.71 鹵07HUU). The mean values of the two pathological types were 98.09 鹵10.62, 88.08 鹵13.73, 47.14 鹵9.96, -9.61 鹵4.80, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two pathological types of CTS (arterial-plain scan). There was no significant difference between the two pathological types (P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05). Conclusion CTS (arterial phase CTS) is of great significance in differentiating transparent vascular type from plasma cell type CD.
