【摘要】：外泌體是細(xì)胞分泌的納米級(jí)膜微粒,能在細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞之間傳遞信息。外泌體參與調(diào)控細(xì)胞的生理活動(dòng),在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的發(fā)生發(fā)展中發(fā)揮重要作用。作為細(xì)胞外囊泡,外泌體受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,該文綜述AS相關(guān)細(xì)胞(免疫細(xì)胞、血小板、血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、血管平滑肌細(xì)胞)來(lái)源的外泌體在AS發(fā)病過(guò)程中的作用。
[Abstract]:Exocrine is a nanoscale membrane microparticle secreted by cells and can transmit information between cells and cells. Exocrine plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis (AS). As an extracellular vesicle, exosbodies are being paid more and more attention. This article reviews AS related cells (immunization). The role of exocrine derived from cells, platelets, vascular endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells in the pathogenesis of AS.
