【摘要】：心臟再同步化治療(Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy CRT)是近年來新興的心力衰竭有效的機(jī)械治療手段,對于合并寬QRS波群的患者療效顯著,可明顯改善其臨床癥狀,減少再住院率及死亡率。QRS波群的振幅減少可作為心力衰竭好轉(zhuǎn)的指標(biāo)。QRS時限延長、真性完全性左束支傳導(dǎo)阻滯是CRT治療心力衰竭有效性的可靠指標(biāo)。而心電圖存在碎裂QRS波群是CRT無反應(yīng)的預(yù)測因子,有助于篩選最適合CRT治療的患者。
[Abstract]:Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy CRT is an effective mechanical therapy for heart failure in recent years. It has a significant effect on patients with wide QRS wave group, and can significantly improve its clinical symptoms. The reduction of rehospitalization rate and the amplitude reduction of mortality. QRS wave group can be used as an index of improvement of heart failure. QRS duration is prolonged. True complete left bundle branch block is a reliable indicator of the efficacy of CRT in the treatment of heart failure. The fragmentation of QRS wave group in ECG is a predictor of nonresponse to CRT, which is helpful for screening the most suitable patients for CRT treatment.
