【摘要】：目的比較臭氧聯(lián)合泡沫硬化劑治療與傳統(tǒng)外科綜合治療下肢靜脈性潰瘍的臨床療效差異。方法收集30例下肢靜脈性潰瘍患者,患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中試驗(yàn)組15例患者采用臭氧聯(lián)合泡沫硬化劑治療,其余15例患者為對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)外科綜合治療方法,兩組患者治療結(jié)束后均隨訪1年,比較兩組的潰瘍愈合率,潰瘍愈合時(shí)間,潰瘍收縮情況,疼痛評(píng)分和患者生活質(zhì)量的差異。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組潰瘍愈合時(shí)間與對(duì)照組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組疼痛減輕(P0.05),生活質(zhì)量提高(P0.05),加快潰瘍面的收縮(P0.05),減輕復(fù)發(fā)率均好于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組均未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論臭氧聯(lián)合泡沫硬化劑治療下肢靜脈性潰瘍具有一定的療效優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical efficacy of ozone combined with foam sclerosing agent in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity. Methods Thirty patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 15) was treated with ozone and foam sclerosing agent, and the control group (n = 15) was treated with traditional surgical therapy. All the patients in the two groups were followed up for one year after treatment. The difference of ulcer healing rate, ulcer healing time, ulcer contraction, pain score and quality of life between the two groups was compared. Results there was no significant difference in ulcer healing time between the test group and the control group (P 0.05), the pain relief of the test group was P0.05A, the quality of life was improved (P 0.05), and the contraction of the ulcer surface was accelerated (P 0.05), and the relapse rate was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Ozone combined with foam sclerosing agent is effective in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity.
