【摘要】：正當(dāng)今高血壓、糖尿病、高血脂癥流行,這些疾病的后果之一是大動脈和外周動脈粥樣硬化導(dǎo)致的血管狹窄性疾病。受累動脈可以導(dǎo)致相關(guān)肢體的血壓下降,通過測量四肢血壓、評價四肢血壓差異就可以得到診斷線索。1四肢血壓差異的評價指標(biāo)主要指標(biāo)包括:踝臂血壓指數(shù)(踝臂間血壓差異,ankle-brachial index,ABI)、臂間血壓差異(inter-arm blood pressure difference,IAD)和踝間血壓差異(in-
[Abstract]:Now high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia are prevalent, and one of the consequences of these diseases is vascular stenosis caused by atherosclerosis in the large arteries and peripheral arteries. The involved arteries can lead to lower blood pressure in the associated limbs. By measuring blood pressure in the limbs, Diagnostic cues can be obtained by evaluating blood pressure differences in extremities. The main indicators for assessing blood pressure differences in limbs include: ankle brachial blood pressure index (ABI), inter-arm blood pressure difference (IAD) and ankle blood pressure difference (IAD).
