【摘要】：正冠心病(CHD)即多種高危因素誘導(dǎo)的冠狀動脈發(fā)生粥樣硬化性(AS)改變,繼而引起冠脈血管管腔不同程度的狹窄甚至完全閉塞,造成心肌細胞缺血、缺氧或壞死而導(dǎo)致的心臟病。CHD早期預(yù)防、早期診斷及早期干預(yù)治療是降低CHD發(fā)病率及死亡率的重要環(huán)節(jié)。近年來,miRNAs成為在心血管疾病、糖尿病、癌癥等方面的研究熱點。本文就循環(huán)miRNA-126在CHD發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用作一綜述。
[Abstract]:The changes of coronary atherosclerotic atherosclerosis induced by many high risk factors lead to different degrees of stenosis or even complete occlusion of coronary artery lumen, resulting in myocardial ischemia. Early prevention, early diagnosis and early intervention treatment of heart disease caused by hypoxia or necrosis are important to reduce the morbidity and mortality of CHD. This paper reviews the role of circulating miRNA-126 in the development of CHD.
