【摘要】：探討分析吸煙與高血壓病(HTN)合并冠心病(CAD)患者血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及白細(xì)胞(WBC)計數(shù)水平之間的關(guān)系。選擇CAD合并HTN患者148例,HTN患者179例,測定血Hcy、WBC、血脂水平等指標(biāo),分析CAD+HTN組與HTN組病例間不同吸煙狀況對血Hcy、WBC、血脂水平的影響。在各項檢查指標(biāo)中,同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)在兩組之間有顯著性差異(P0.05)。吸煙使高血壓患者血Hcy、WBC、血脂水平升高,這也可能是吸煙促進(jìn)HTN患者CAD發(fā)生發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵機制,可作為HTN患者CAD發(fā)展程度的判定指標(biāo),為早期診斷、預(yù)防和控制HTN合并CAD的發(fā)生和發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:To explore the relationship between smoking and serum homocysteine (Hcy) and white blood cell count (WBC) in patients with hypertension (HTN) and coronary heart disease (CAD). To analyze the influence of different smoking status between CAD HTN group and HTN group on the blood Hcyn WBC, blood lipid level. There was a significant difference between the two groups in homocysteine, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C). Smoking increased the level of serum Hcyn WBC and blood lipids in patients with hypertension, which may also be the key mechanism of smoking to promote the development of CAD in patients with HTN. It can be used as an index to judge the development of CAD in patients with HTN, and to provide a reference for early diagnosis, prevention and control of the occurrence and development of HTN combined with CAD.
