【摘要】：探討超重、肥胖與高血壓交互作用對醫(yī)療費用的影響。結(jié)果顯示:與體重正常的高血壓患者相比,肥胖和超重患者患四種高血壓并發(fā)癥(心血管疾病、腦血管疾病、腎病或眼病)的概率分別提高11.65個和6.45個百分點,歸因于超重和肥胖部分的人均年醫(yī)療費用負擔(dān)分別為1410元和985元,合計占四種高血壓并發(fā)癥醫(yī)療費用的22.79%�？梢�,肥胖與超重顯著增加高血壓患者的并發(fā)癥風(fēng)險及其醫(yī)療負擔(dān),有效控制肥胖和超重是高血壓疾病管理的重要措施。
[Abstract]:To explore the effect of overweight, obesity and hypertension interaction on medical expenses. The results showed that obese and overweight patients had four kinds of hypertension complications (cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease) compared with normal weight hypertensive patients. The probability of nephropathy or ophthalmopathy increased by 11.65 and 6.45 percentage points respectively, which was attributed to the burden of medical expenses per person per person in the overweight and obese parts being 1410 yuan and 985 yuan, respectively, accounting for 22.79 percent of the medical expenses for the four kinds of hypertension complications. Obesity and overweight significantly increase the risk of complications and their medical burden in hypertensive patients. Effective control of obesity and overweight is an important measure in the management of hypertension.
