[目的]原發(fā)性膽汁性膽管炎（primary biliary cholangitis,PBC）是一種慢性自身免疫性肝病,以膽汁淤積和肝內(nèi)小膽管進行性破壞為主要特征,如不積極治療最終將發(fā)展為肝硬化。對于PBC患者而言,肝穿刺活檢仍是目前臨床上診斷、組織學(xué)分期、預(yù)后判斷最準確的方法。但是由于肝穿刺活檢是侵入性檢查,故影響其在臨床上的使用。研究表明,平均血小板體積（mean platelet volume,MPV）、紅細胞分布寬度（red blood cell distribution width,RDW）、中性粒細胞淋巴細胞比值（neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR）、紅細胞分布寬度血小板比值（red blood cell distribution width to Platelet Ratio,RLR）、紅細胞分度寬度淋巴細胞比值（red cell width distribution to lymphocyte ratio,RPR）等無創(chuàng)血清學(xué)指標在慢性肝病的纖維化程度、預(yù)后判斷方面具有重要價值。但是關(guān)于這些血清學(xué)指標及參數(shù)在PBC中的診斷、組織學(xué)分期、預(yù)...
