背景慢性乙型肝炎是我國常見的慢性傳染病之一,嚴重危害人民健康。慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）抗病毒治療的長期目標是達到病毒清除、延緩肝臟失代償、肝硬化和肝細胞癌的進展及其并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,進而改善生活質(zhì)量和延長存活時間。在所有的治療方案中,抗病毒治療是關鍵,同時隨著個體化抗病毒治療的推進,抗病毒治療療效中預測因素,特別是相關的宿主遺傳因素引起了人們的關注。本實驗旨在探討雌激素受體α基因T29C多態(tài)性與慢性乙型肝炎患者干擾素-α抗病毒治療后發(fā)生早期應答的相關性。方法對首次使用干擾素-α（IFN-α）抗病毒治療的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者的早期應答情況進行評估,并采用聚合酶鏈反應-限制性片段長度多態(tài)性法（PCR-RFLP）檢測雌激素受體α（ESR1）基因T29C多態(tài)性:T/T、T/C和C/C三個基因型,并按照此基因型分組分析了其與IFN-α早期應答的相關性。結(jié)果（1）三個基因型組間的性別（χ2 = 1.148,?P = 0.563）、年齡（F = 1.153,? P=0.320）、治療前ALT水平（F = 0.862,?P = 0.441）、治療前HBV病毒載量? （Z = 1.961,? P =0.1...
