巨噬細(xì)胞在β腎上腺素受體過(guò)度激活致肝臟纖維化過(guò)程中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:機(jī)體作為一個(gè)復(fù)雜的微環(huán)境,各個(gè)臟器之間是否正常運(yùn)作具有緊密的關(guān)聯(lián)。已知心力衰竭可以引起肝功能障礙,那么肝臟疾病是否對(duì)心功能也有影響并不明確。肝臟纖維化是目前慢性肝臟疾病發(fā)展為肝硬化必經(jīng)之階段,而β腎上腺素受體(β-adrenergic receptor,β-AR)的功能改變與纖維化密切相關(guān),且巨噬細(xì)胞在臟器纖維化的發(fā)生發(fā)展中有著不可替代的作用。已知β腎上腺素受體激動(dòng)劑可以通過(guò)作用于機(jī)體免疫細(xì)胞上的β腎上腺素受體發(fā)揮作用,進(jìn)而引起相應(yīng)臟器的免疫功能紊亂,并最終誘導(dǎo)纖維化的發(fā)生。本文對(duì)肝功能障礙和心功能損傷的關(guān)系,β腎上腺素受體過(guò)度激活在肝損傷和心功能障礙中的影響,以及巨噬細(xì)胞在其中發(fā)揮的作用加以綜述。
[Abstract]:As a complex micro-environment, the body is closely related to the normal operation of the organs. It is known that heart failure can cause liver dysfunction, and whether the liver disease has an effect on the heart function is not clear. Liver fibrosis is the first stage of the development of chronic liver disease, and the changes of the function of the Adrenaline receptor (P-AR) are closely related to the fibrosis, and the macrophage plays an irreplaceable role in the development of organ fibrosis. Adrenaline receptor agonists are known to function by the epinephrine receptor acting on the immune cells of the body, thereby causing an immune function disorder of the corresponding organ, and ultimately inducing the occurrence of fibrosis. In this paper, the relationship between liver function and heart function injury, the effect of the over-activation of Adrenaline receptor on the liver injury and the function of heart function, and the role of the macrophage in it are reviewed.
