【摘要】：目的觀察拉克替醇聯(lián)合復方聚乙二醇用于住院患者結(jié)腸鏡檢查前腸道準備的臨床效果。方法選擇205名擬行結(jié)腸鏡檢查的住院患者,隨機分為實驗組(拉克替醇聯(lián)合復方聚乙二醇)102例和對照組(復方聚乙二醇)103例。觀察兩組腸道清潔效果及不良反應發(fā)生率。結(jié)果實驗組腸道清潔效果與對照組無明顯差異,但實驗組腸道清潔度為1級者明顯高于對照組;實驗組不良反應發(fā)生率更低,對夜間睡眠幾無影響,明顯提高了住院患者的依從性及耐受性。結(jié)論拉克替醇聯(lián)合復方聚乙二醇用于住院患者腸道準備安全、有效,不良反應少。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of Rmipexole and compound polyethylene glycol (PEG) in the preparation of the intestinal tract before the colonoscopy in the hospital. Methods 205 hospitalized patients who were to be examined by colonoscopy were randomly divided into the experimental group (the compound polyethylene glycol) in the experimental group and the control group (compound polyethylene glycol) in 103 cases. The effects of two groups of intestinal cleaning and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The cleaning effect of the intestinal tract in the experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group, but the intestinal cleanness of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was lower, and it had no effect on night sleep, and the compliance and tolerability of the hospitalized patients were improved significantly. Conclusion The combination of Laxtiol and compound polyethylene glycol can be used for the safe, effective and less adverse reaction of the patient's intestinal tract.
