便秘小鼠結(jié)腸肌的電生理變化

【摘要】:目的觀察便秘小鼠結(jié)腸肌的電生理變化。方法用復(fù)方地芬諾酯混懸液對小鼠進行灌胃建立便秘模型,然后測定其小腸結(jié)腸段的肌電,并分析其電生理活動變化。結(jié)果與對照組比較,便秘組慢波肌電頻率明顯增快(P0.01);結(jié)腸肌電慢波頻率的變異系數(shù)明顯增大(P0.01);結(jié)腸肌電慢波振幅明顯減少(P0.01);結(jié)腸肌電慢波振幅變異系數(shù)明顯增大(P0.01)。結(jié)論便秘小鼠結(jié)腸肌電慢波頻率及振幅的異常改變可能是導(dǎo)致結(jié)腸傳輸減慢的重要原因。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the electrophysiological changes of colonic muscle in constipation mice. Methods the constipation model of mice was established by oral administration of compound diphenoxylate suspension, then the myoelectric activity of colon segment of small intestine was measured, and the changes of electrophysiological activities were analyzed. Results compared with the control group, the frequency of slow wave myoelectric wave in constipation group increased significantly (P0.01), the coefficient of variation of slow wave frequency of colonic myography increased significantly (P0.01), the amplitude of slow wave of colonic electromyography decreased significantly (P0.01). The coefficient of variation of slow wave amplitude of colonic electromyography was significantly increased (P 0.01). Conclusion the abnormal changes of frequency and amplitude of colonic myoelectric slow wave in constipation mice may be the important cause of slow colonic transmission.
