【摘要】：正重癥急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatit,SAP),特別是合并胰腺壞死的SAP病死率超過30%[1]。近年來,SAP多學(xué)科合作治療(multidisciplinary team,MDT)模式逐漸形成,確定了未來MDT模式進(jìn)一步深化和完善的發(fā)展趨勢,而在此基礎(chǔ)上由各個(gè)相關(guān)�？聘叨日隙傻囊认僦行�,則代表了未來SAP的診治方向。2013 IAP/APA指南[2]、2013 ACG指南[3]
[Abstract]:Severe acute pancreatitis (severe acute pancreatit,SAP), especially in patients with pancreatic necrosis, SAP mortality exceeded 30% [1]. In recent years, the SAP multidisciplinary cooperative therapy (multidisciplinary team,MDT) model has gradually formed, which determines the development trend of the future MDT model, and on this basis, it is a pancreatic center which is highly integrated by various related specialties.
