【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,女,59歲,于2014年4月18日行肝右葉腫物不規(guī)則切除術(shù),病理結(jié)果顯示為中分化肝細(xì)胞癌;既往慢性乙型肝炎病史14年,服用阿德福韋酯3年,10 mg po qd至術(shù)前。5月1日患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)較好出院,予槐耳顆粒20 g po tid預(yù)防腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)。6月5日回院復(fù)查,患者體質(zhì)量、飲食恢復(fù)至正常,
[Abstract]:A 59-year-old female with clinical data received irregular resection of the right lobe tumor on April 18, 2014. The pathological results showed moderately differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma, with a history of 14 years of chronic hepatitis B. Patients were treated with adefovir for 3 years, 10 mg po qd to pre-operation. Patients recovered better and discharged from hospital on May 1, and were given Huai er granule for 20 g po tid to prevent tumor recurrence. The patients returned to hospital on June 5, and their body mass and diet returned to normal.
