【摘要】：目的:分析非酒精性脂肪肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)中長鏈非編碼RNA(lncRNA)的表達(dá)譜特征。方法:采用lncRNA-m RNA基因芯片檢測單純性膽囊結(jié)石伴或不伴NAFLD患者的肝組織樣本,獲得lncRNA差異性表達(dá)譜。進(jìn)一步使用生物信息學(xué)技術(shù)對差異表達(dá)的基因予以分析。結(jié)果:與正常樣本相比,NAFLD肝樣本內(nèi)共有1 735個(gè)lncRNAs和1 485個(gè)mRNAs異常表達(dá),其中535個(gè)lncRNAs和760個(gè)mRNAs上調(diào),1 200個(gè)lncRNAs和725個(gè)mRNAs下調(diào)。結(jié)論:與正常肝組織相比,NAFLD組織中l(wèi)ncRNA表達(dá)譜明顯異常,這些lncRNAs可能在NAFLD的發(fā)生和發(fā)展中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the characteristics of long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) expression in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD). Methods: lncRNA-m RNA gene chip was used to detect the liver tissue samples of patients with or without NAFLD in simple gallstone, and the differential expression profile of lncRNA was obtained. Further use of bioinformatics to analyze differentially expressed genes. Results: there were 1 735 lncRNAs and 1 485 mRNAs abnormal expression in NAFLD liver samples, 535 lncRNAs and 760 mRNAs up-regulated, 1 200 lncRNAs and 725 mRNAs down-regulated. Conclusion: compared with normal liver tissues, lncRNA expression profiles in NAFLD tissues are significantly abnormal, and these lncRNAs may play an important role in the occurrence and development of NAFLD.
