改良二甲硅油散使用方法在結(jié)直腸癌篩查中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Background in colonoscopy of colorectal cancer screening, there is a waste of resources in conventional dimethylsiloxane powder. Objective to find a more economical and effective method for the use of dimethylsiloxane powder. Methods 275 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the Fifth people's Hospital of Chongqing from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as subjects. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (136 cases) and control group (139 cases). During intestinal preparation, the test group only took polyethylene glycol 4000 powder, while the control group received dimethylsiloxane powder after taking polyethylene glycol 4000 powder, and both groups were given dimethylsiloxane oil powder after colonoscopy examination, if the intestinal foam was found, both groups were treated with dimethylsiloxane oil powder and water. The grades of intestinal foam in the two groups, the foaming condition of the intestine at the time of endoscopy, the time of colonoscopy and the amount of dimethylsiloxane powder were recorded. Results according to the exclusion criteria, 7 patients were excluded, and 268 patients were included in the study group (132 cases) and the control group (136 cases). The intestinal foam grade in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group, and the amount of dimethylsiloxane powder was smaller than that in the control group (P0.05); there was no significant difference in colonoscopy time between the two groups (P0.05). The foaming condition of intestinal tract in both groups was up to the standard at the time of devitalization. Conclusion the modified method of using dimethylsiloxane oil powder (only using dimethylsiloxane oil powder and water for washing during endoscopy) can not only meet the requirements of colonoscopy without foaming in colorectal cancer screening, but also do not prolong the time of colonoscopy. The use of dimethylsiloxane powder is also significantly reduced, easy to use, can be used in colorectal cancer screening in the future.
