平均血小板體積在急性膽源性和非膽源性胰腺炎中的臨床應用
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between gallstone and non-biliary acute pancreatitis with mean platelet volume (MPV) and to explore whether MPV can be used as a reference index to differentiate the etiology of acute pancreatitis. Methods Serum biochemical indexes and MPV values of whole blood were measured in 55 cases of biliary pancreatitis and 57 cases of non-biliary pancreatitis, and the correlation between the two types of pancreatitis was compared. Results glutamic acid pyruvate transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, glutamyl transpeptidase, amylase, Lipase and other enzymes, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were significantly different between biliary and non-biliary acute pancreatitis (P0.05), and the concentration level was higher in the gallstone pancreatitis group than in the non-biliary pancreatitis group. The difference of platelets and MPV between gallstone pancreatitis group and non-biliary pancreatitis group was statistically significant (P0.05) .MPV was higher in gallstone pancreatitis group than in non-biliary pancreatitis group. The operating characteristic curve showed that the area under the MPV curve was 0.746 in differentiating the gallstone pancreatitis group from the non-biliary pancreatitis group, and when the cut-off value of MPV was 8.33, the sensitivity and specificity were 78.6% and 62.3%, respectively. Conclusion the difference of some enzyme indexes shows that the injury of related organs and tissues is more serious in gallstone pancreatitis than that in non-biliary pancreatitis, and the MPV value in gallstone pancreatitis group is higher than that in non-biliary pancreatitis group, and the MPV value in gallstone pancreatitis group is higher than that in non-biliary pancreatitis group. The results suggest that MPV can be used as a simple and practical index to distinguish the etiology of acute pancreatitis.
