【摘要】：目的探討結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染性腹膜炎患者應(yīng)用超聲診斷的價(jià)值。方法選擇2013年1月-2015年1月50例結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染性腹膜炎患者進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)所有患者采用超聲診斷,記錄其診斷結(jié)果。結(jié)果 50例結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染性腹膜炎患者應(yīng)用超聲診斷為單純腹水型27例占54.0%,團(tuán)塊型15例占30.0%,腹膜、增壁增厚型8例占16.0%;結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染性腹膜炎患者中腹痛和腹部壓痛均為42例,分布率均為84.0%,有2.0%~19.0%的患者伴有發(fā)熱、盜汗、消瘦、便秘、惡心、腹瀉、腹部柔韌感和腹部包塊;50例患者經(jīng)過(guò)超聲診斷,共檢出結(jié)核分枝桿菌腹膜炎合并腹膜外結(jié)核患者19例,檢出率38.0%;結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染性腹膜炎患者檢出有不同程度的腹腔積液,其中50例患者均呈現(xiàn)外觀淡黃色渾濁或無(wú)色透明液體,48例檢出白細(xì)胞500×105/L,檢出率為96.0%。結(jié)論超聲診斷對(duì)結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染性腹膜炎患者的診斷具有重要意義,可以成為結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染性腹膜炎患者檢測(cè)的首選方式之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in patients with Mycobacterium tuberculosis infectious peritonitis. Methods 50 patients with Mycobacterium tuberculosis infectious peritonitis from January 2013 to January 2015 were studied. Results in 50 patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis infectious peritonitis, 27 cases were diagnosed as pure ascites type (54.0%), 15 cases as mass type (30.0%), and 5 cases as peritoneum. There were 42 cases of abdominal pain and abdominal tenderness in the patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis infection peritonitis, the distribution rate was 84.0%, 2.0% of the patients were accompanied by fever, night sweating, wasting, constipation, nausea, diarrhea. In 50 patients with abdominal flexibility and mass of abdominal mass, 19 cases of mycobacterium tuberculosis peritonitis combined with extraperitoneal tuberculosis were diagnosed by ultrasound, the detectable rate was 38.0%, and mycobacterium tuberculosis infectious peritonitis patients had different degrees of peritoneal effusion. White blood cells were detected in 48 cases of 50 patients with pale yellow turbid or colorless transparent liquid, and the detection rate was 96.0%. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis is of great significance in the diagnosis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection peritonitis, and it can be one of the first choice methods for the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection peritonitis.
