【摘要】：正患者女性,74歲。因雙眼突發(fā)視物不清2天到當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院檢查,診斷"雙眼葡萄膜炎"給予局部和全身使用糖皮質(zhì)激素、抗生素和擴(kuò)瞳治療3天,因視力進(jìn)一步下降急診轉(zhuǎn)入我院。患者自述起病后全身狀況可,除雙眼視力下降伴脹痛,無發(fā)熱等其他不適。追問病史雙眼發(fā)病前2周曾有低熱,在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院給予輸液后好轉(zhuǎn)。查體:體溫37.2℃,血壓、呼吸、脈搏正常。皮膚黏膜無黃染、腹部平坦、全腹未觸及包塊、無壓痛、反
