【摘要】：目的通過Meta分析方法探討社區(qū)綜合干預(yù)對(duì)慢性便秘療效的影響。方法檢索國內(nèi)主要醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫,包括中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)(1978—2017年)、維普網(wǎng)(VIP)(1989—2017年)、中國知網(wǎng)(CNKI)(1979—2017年)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)(1990—2017年),Pub Med/Medline(1966—2017年)。篩選采用社區(qū)綜合性干預(yù)為干預(yù)方法的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)。提取文獻(xiàn)相關(guān)信息,并評(píng)價(jià)納入文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量。結(jié)果納入6篇文獻(xiàn),其中干預(yù)組587例,對(duì)照組575例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,干預(yù)組治療有效率高于對(duì)照組[相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)度(RR)=1.50,95%CI(1.18,1.92),P0.001]。治療3個(gè)月時(shí),干預(yù)組每周排便次數(shù)高于對(duì)照組、大便性狀評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組、排便困難程度評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組[加權(quán)均數(shù)差(WMD)=0.30,95%CI(0.21,0.39),P0.001;WMD=-1.51,95%CI(-2.09,-0.92),P0.001;WMD=-0.57,95%CI(-0.67,-0.48),P0.001]。治療6個(gè)月時(shí),干預(yù)組每周排便次數(shù)高于對(duì)照組、大便性狀評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組、排便困難程度評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組[WMD=1.65,95%CI(1.55,1.75),P0.001;WMD=-0.69,95%CI(-0.96,-0.41),P0.001;WMD=-0.92,95%CI(-1.31,-0.52),P0.001]。結(jié)論社區(qū)綜合干預(yù)對(duì)慢性便秘的療效優(yōu)于單純泄劑治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of community comprehensive intervention on chronic constipation by meta-analysis. Methods the main medical databases in China, including China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), VIPP (1989-2017), CNKI (1979-2017), and Wanfang data Service platform (1990-2017) were searched. A randomized controlled trial using community comprehensive intervention as intervention method was selected. Extract the relevant information and evaluate the quality of the literature. Results six articles were included, including 587 cases in the intervention group and 575 cases in the control group. The results of meta-analysis showed that the effective rate of the treatment in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group [RRRX 1.5095%]. After 3 months of treatment, the defecation frequency of intervention group was higher than that of control group, the score of defecation character was lower than that of control group, and the score of defecation difficulty was lower than that of control group. After 6 months of treatment, the defecation frequency of intervention group was higher than that of control group, the score of defecation character was lower than that of control group, and the score of defecation difficulty was lower than that of control group. Conclusion the effect of community comprehensive intervention on chronic constipation is better than that of catharsis alone.
