【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)性評(píng)價(jià)音樂療法在胃腸鏡檢查過程中對(duì)患者心理狀態(tài)干預(yù)的效果及可行性。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索EMbase、PubMed、Cochrane Library、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、維普、萬方、中國(guó)科學(xué)引文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CSCD)等數(shù)據(jù)庫,檢索時(shí)間從各數(shù)據(jù)庫建庫至2016年3月。納入音樂療法應(yīng)用于胃腸鏡檢查過程中的隨機(jī)對(duì)照研究,由2名研究者獨(dú)立提取數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),提取并核對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)后,應(yīng)用RevMan5.3軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)26篇,共計(jì)病例4 593例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:音樂療法能明顯緩解消化內(nèi)鏡檢查過程中患者的焦慮狀態(tài)(SMD=-0.82,95%CI:-1.14~-0.49,P0.01),減輕對(duì)疼痛的感知(WMD=-1.27,95%CI:-1.87~-0.66,P0.01),緩解心率、血壓及呼吸等生命體征的波動(dòng)(P0.01),同時(shí)也明顯縮短了檢查的持續(xù)時(shí)間(WMD=-4.64,95%CI:-6.75~-2.52,P0.01)。結(jié)論音樂療法應(yīng)用于消化內(nèi)鏡檢查過程,能明顯地降低患者焦慮狀態(tài)及對(duì)疼痛的感知。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect and feasibility of music therapy on psychological intervention in gastroenteroscopy. Methods the databases such as EMbase / PubMedus Cochrane Library, CNKIX, Weip, Wanfang and CSCD were searched by computer. The retrieval time was from the time of the establishment of the databases to March 2016. The music therapy was used in the randomized controlled study of gastroenteroscopy. The data were extracted and evaluated by two researchers independently. After extracting and checking the data, the meta-analysis was carried out with Revman 5.3 software. Results A total of 26 randomized controlled trials were conducted. A total of 4593 cases were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that music therapy could significantly relieve anxiety state of patients during endoscopy and relieve heart rate. The fluctuation of vital signs such as blood pressure and respiration significantly shortened the duration of examination. Conclusion Music therapy can significantly reduce anxiety and pain perception in digestive endoscopy.
