【摘要】：目的：觀察并探討九味愈肝免煎顆粒沖劑聯(lián)合聚乙二醇干擾素治療HBeAg陽(yáng)性慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）的臨床療效。 方法：80例HBeAg陽(yáng)性慢性乙型肝炎患者隨機(jī)分為2組，均堅(jiān)持基礎(chǔ)治療：口服利血生20mg3次/日，鯊肝醇片50mg3次/日。治療組40例，每周皮下注射聚乙二醇干擾素α-2a180ug，九味愈肝免煎顆粒沖劑,每日一劑，每日一次，每周服6天，間隔一天，療程為48周。對(duì)照組40例，每周皮下注射聚乙二醇干擾素α-2a180ug。分別觀察治療第4周、第12周、24周、48周時(shí)的肝腎功能、HBeAg/HbeAb血清轉(zhuǎn)換率和HBV DNA水平。 結(jié)果：48周結(jié)束時(shí)治療組和對(duì)照組ALT復(fù)常率分別為90%和62.5%（P0.05）,HBeAg/HbeAb血清轉(zhuǎn)換率分別為52.5%和27.5%（P0.05）,HBV-DNA的陰轉(zhuǎn)率分別為67.5%和32.5%，，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。 結(jié)論：九味愈肝免煎顆粒沖劑聯(lián)合聚乙二醇干擾素α-2a治療慢性乙肝具有較好的抑制乙型肝炎病毒復(fù)制，改善肝功能及抗纖維化的作用，是臨床治療慢性乙肝值得推薦的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective : To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect of Jiuwei Yugan decoction combined with polyethylene glycol interferon in the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B .

Methods : 80 HBeAg - positive patients with HBeAg - positive chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups , which were treated with 20 mg / day , 50 mg / day , and 50 mg / day , respectively . 40 cases were treated with polyethylene glycol interferon 偽 - 2a180ug / day .

Results : The rates of ALT and HBeAg / HbeAb in the treatment group and control group were 90 % and 62.5 % ( P0.05 ) , respectively . The serum conversion rate of HBeAg / HbeAb was 52.5 % and 27.5 % ( P0.05 ) . The negative conversion rate of HBV - DNA was 67.5 % and 32.5 % , respectively ( P0.05 ) .

Conclusion : Jiuwei Yugan decoction combined with polyethylene glycol interferon 偽 - 2a can inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus and improve the function of liver function and anti - fibrosis . It is a recommended method for clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B .
