【摘要】：正患者女,63歲。因突發(fā)腹痛2 d入院。2 d前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)中下腹部疼痛,為持續(xù)銳痛,并迅速波及全腹,急診就診我院。入院體格檢查:體溫36.7℃,脈搏120次/min,呼吸24次/min,血壓12.3/7.5 k Pa;腹部稍隆起,全腹壓痛、反跳痛及肌緊張,壓痛以臍周及右下腹部為重,腸鳴音稍減弱。實驗室檢查:白細(xì)胞8.01×109/L,中性粒0.86、紅細(xì)胞3.7×1012/L、血紅蛋白112 g/L、血小板118×109/L;
