【摘要】：目的探討錫類散灌腸治療活動(dòng)期潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎臨床療效及安全性,為臨床診治提供參考。方法選擇2011年7月-2015年4月80例活動(dòng)期潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者,按數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與觀察組,每組各40例,對(duì)照組患者使用美沙拉嗪治療,觀察組患者使用錫類散灌腸治療,對(duì)比兩組患者治療有效率、腸鏡表現(xiàn)積分、結(jié)腸組織病理積分及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果患者治療有效率觀察組為90.00%,對(duì)照組為87.50%,兩組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)意義;觀察組患者治療前后腸鏡表現(xiàn)及結(jié)腸組織病理積分與對(duì)照組比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,兩組患者治療前后組內(nèi)比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率對(duì)照組為20.00%、觀察組為5.00%,兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)意義(χ2=5.876,P0.05)。結(jié)論錫類散灌腸治療活動(dòng)期潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎臨床效果與美沙拉嗪相當(dāng),但不良反應(yīng)更小,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xinfusan enema in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Eighty patients with active ulcerative colitis from July 2011 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 40).The patients in the observation group were treated with Xidesan enema. The effective rate, colonoscopy score, colonic histopathological score and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results the effective rate of treatment was 90.00g in the observation group and 87.50 in the control group, there was no statistical difference between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in colonoscopy and colonic histopathological score before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.00, and in the observation group was 5.00. There was a statistical difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions (蠂 ~ 2, 5.876, P 0.05).Conclusion the clinical effect of Xishesan enema in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis is similar to that of mesalazine, but the adverse reaction is smaller, so it is worth popularizing.
