【摘要】:腎素-血管緊張素系統(tǒng)(rennin angiotensin system,RAS)是機體內(nèi)重要的具有調節(jié)血壓、水鈉平衡等功能的內(nèi)分泌調節(jié)系統(tǒng)。近年在各肝病的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),RAS失衡與各種肝病的發(fā)生與發(fā)展均有密切關系。肝組織內(nèi)存在局部的完整RAS系統(tǒng),當肝細胞或肝組織受到某種致病因素的刺激時,局部RAS被激活,各成分活性增強并重新分布,繼而影響肝病的發(fā)展。早期研究已證實ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R軸表達上調可加重肝臟損傷,促進各肝病的進展。新近研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas軸被不斷證明是ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R軸的反向調節(jié)軸,被稱為"替代RAS經(jīng)典軸",發(fā)揮拮抗ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R軸的作用,對肝病的進展起一定的緩解或逆轉作用。本研究就近年來關于RAS對各肝病的影響的相關研究做一綜述,為找到更有效的緩解和治愈肝病的新方法提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Renin-angiotensin system (Ras) is an important endocrine regulatory system with the functions of regulating blood pressure, water and sodium balance.In recent years, it has been found that the imbalance of Ras is closely related to the occurrence and development of various liver diseases.There is a complete local RAS system in the liver tissue.
