【摘要】：目的探討導(dǎo)絲測(cè)量法與支架測(cè)量器測(cè)量法在內(nèi)鏡逆行胰膽管造影術(shù)(ERCP)中選擇合適的植入支架的應(yīng)用中的臨床效果。方法收集該院2013年1月-2015年9月確診為惡性膽道梗阻、膽管結(jié)石、膽源性胰腺炎和胰管結(jié)石的患者55例進(jìn)行兩種測(cè)量方法的隨機(jī)對(duì)照觀(guān)察。對(duì)兩組患者的測(cè)量值、實(shí)際值、誤差值、更換情況及測(cè)量時(shí)間的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果兩組支架放置更換率比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但導(dǎo)絲組的更換率較支架測(cè)量器組的更換率更高(14.81%vs 3.57%)。單純對(duì)導(dǎo)絲組和支架測(cè)量器組的測(cè)量值和實(shí)際值進(jìn)行比較,兩者間差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。通過(guò)測(cè)量值和實(shí)際值之間的差值來(lái)判斷導(dǎo)絲和支架測(cè)量器的準(zhǔn)確度,支架測(cè)量器組明顯優(yōu)于導(dǎo)絲組,兩者之間的比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組方法得出測(cè)量結(jié)果的時(shí)間的比較,支架測(cè)量器組明顯優(yōu)于導(dǎo)絲組,兩者之間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論支架測(cè)量器測(cè)量法較導(dǎo)絲測(cè)量法而言具有方便、快捷、準(zhǔn)確度高、支架更換率低的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of wire guide and stent measurement in the selection of appropriate stent implantation in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).Methods from January 2013 to September 2015, 55 patients with malignant biliary obstruction, cholelithiasis, biliary pancreatitis and pancreatic duct stone were studied.The measured value, actual value, error value, replacement condition and measurement time of the two groups were compared.Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in the replacement rate of stent placement, but the replacement rate of the wire guide group was higher than that of the stent measuring apparatus group (14.81% vs 3.57%).There was no significant difference between the measured values and the actual values of wire guide group and scaffold group.The accuracy of the wire guide and the scaffold was judged by the difference between the measured value and the actual value. The scaffold group was obviously superior to the wire guide group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05).The comparison of time between the two groups showed that the scaffold group was significantly better than the wire guide group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion compared with the wire guide method, the scaffold measuring method has the advantages of convenience, rapidity, high accuracy and low replacement rate.
