【摘要】：目的探討不同ABO血型的炎癥性腸病(IBD)患者與幽門(mén)螺桿菌(Hp)感染的關(guān)系。方法經(jīng)臨床、內(nèi)鏡及病理確診的IBD患者151例為IBD組,同時(shí)收集151例年齡、性別匹配的健康體檢者為對(duì)照組,采用微柱法檢測(cè)ABO血型,通過(guò)血Hp抗體和~(13)C/~(14)C尿素呼氣試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)Hp感染情況,比較兩組ABO血型與Hp感染的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果克羅恩病(CD)患者59例,潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(UC)患者92例。IBD組與對(duì)照組的血型分布比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);CD組和UC組Hp感染率均低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);O型和B型血IBD患者的Hp感染率均低于對(duì)照組(15.9%vs 25.2%,7.3%vs 14.6%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論IBD患者的血型分布與正常人群無(wú)明顯差異,但O型和B型血IBD患者的Hp感染率較正常人群更低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between infection of Helicobacter pylori (HP) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with different ABO blood groups.Methods 151 patients with IBD confirmed by clinical, endoscopic and pathological examination were selected as IBD group, and 151 healthy persons with age and sex matched as control group. ABO blood group was detected by microcolumn method.HP infection was detected by blood HP antibody and urea breath test (urea breath test). The correlation between HP infection and ABO blood group was compared between the two groups.Results there were 59 patients with Crohn's disease and 92 patients with ulcerative colitis. There was no significant difference in blood group distribution between IBD group and control group. HP infection rate in CD group and UC group was lower than that in control group.The HP infection rate in patients with IBD of P0.05O and B was lower than that of the control group (15.9 vs 25.2and 7.3vs 14.6C), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion there was no significant difference in blood group distribution between IBD patients and normal subjects, but HP infection rate in IBD patients with O and B blood was lower than that in normal controls.
