【摘要】：目的分析非酒精性脂肪性肝(NAFLD)患者并發(fā)2型糖尿病的風(fēng)險。方法通過計算機(jī)檢索Pubmed、Embase和Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫中NAFLD和2型糖尿病風(fēng)險關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的隊(duì)列研究相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)。采用Stata12.0軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析,計數(shù)資料采用RR及其95%CI表示,對NAFLD和2型糖尿病發(fā)生的風(fēng)險采用隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型分析。結(jié)果納入11篇隊(duì)列研究,其中前瞻性研究6篇(73 205例),回顧性研究5篇(39 975例)。11篇研究中共有113 322例參加者、5 776例2型糖尿病。在2型糖尿病的發(fā)生風(fēng)險上,NAFLD患者比非NAFLD患者高2倍(RR=2.05,95%CI為1.63~2.57,P0.001)。輕度NAFLD和重度NAFLD患者的2型糖尿病風(fēng)險分別為1.57(95%CI為1.08~2.30,P0.01)和2.92(95%CI為1.69~5.09,P0.001)。結(jié)論 NAFLD并發(fā)2型糖尿病的風(fēng)險較大。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the risk of type 2 diabetes in patients with NAF LDD.Methods the cohort studies on the association between NAFLD and type 2 diabetes mellitus were searched by computer in Pubmedmedus Embase and Web of Science databases.The Meta analysis was carried out by Stata12.0 software, the counting data were expressed by RR and 95%CI, and the risk of NAFLD and type 2 diabetes was analyzed by random effect model.Results 11 cohort studies were conducted, including 6 prospective studies (73 205 cases) and 5 retrospective studies (39 975 cases). A total of 113 322 participants were involved in 5 776 cases of type 2 diabetes.The risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus was 2 times higher in NAF LD patients than in non NAFLD patients.The risk of type 2 diabetes in patients with mild NAFLD and severe NAFLD were 1.080.30g / P0.01 and 1.690.09 / P0.001, respectively.Conclusion the risk of NAFLD complicated with type 2 diabetes is higher.
