【摘要】：目的分析2007-2016年云南省急性乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)的流行特征。方法采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對2007-2016年云南省急性乙肝流行特征進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果云南省2007-2016年累計報告16 721例急性乙肝病例,年均發(fā)病率為3.62/10萬。在報告病例中,男女性別比為2.01∶1;15-54歲占79.25%;農(nóng)民占67.18%;居前三位的地區(qū)為昭通(14.13%)、昆明(13.52%)和紅河(11.14%)。年均發(fā)病率6.0/10萬的地區(qū)為西雙版納;3.1/10萬-5.9/10萬的地區(qū)為昆明、保山、紅河、昭通、麗江、文山;3.0/10萬的地區(qū)為曲靖、怒江、迪慶、玉溪、普洱、臨滄、楚雄、大理和德宏。結(jié)論云南省2007-2016年急性乙肝發(fā)病率以男性、農(nóng)民、15-54歲人群為主;應(yīng)加強(qiáng)重點(diǎn)地區(qū)的防控措施,適時開展重點(diǎn)人群的乙肝疫苗接種。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of acute viral hepatitis B (hepatitis B) in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016.Methods the epidemiological characteristics of acute hepatitis B in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results A total of 16 721 cases of acute hepatitis B were reported in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016, with an average annual incidence of 36 62 / 100 000.Of the reported cases, the sex ratio of males to females was 2.01: 1- 15-54 years old, 79.25%; peasants accounted for 67.18.The top three areas were Zhaotong (14.1313), Kunming (13.52) and Honghe (11.14).騫村潎鍙戠梾鐜，
