【摘要】：目的:觀察乳果糖聯(lián)合枯草桿菌二聯(lián)活菌治療功能性便秘的臨床療效與安全性。方法:采用隨機(jī)單盲對(duì)照研究,將60例功能性便秘患者隨機(jī)分為治療組28例與對(duì)照組32例。兩組患者均口服乳果糖,治療組患者加服枯草桿菌二聯(lián)活菌,對(duì)照組患者加服安慰劑,2周后均停用乳果糖,加服藥物直至第4周再停用。比較兩組患者治療前與治療后第2、4周的排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀、便秘癥狀、生活質(zhì)量及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:兩組患者在第2周的排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀、便秘癥狀均較治療前明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);停服乳果糖后,治療組患者在第4周的上述便秘各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)改善情況明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者的生活質(zhì)量各指標(biāo)在第4周均較治療前改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其中治療組在軀體不適、滿意度評(píng)分及總分方面較對(duì)照組改善明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者均未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:乳果糖聯(lián)合枯草桿菌二聯(lián)活菌能有效緩解功能性便秘,改善腹部癥狀,減緩便秘的復(fù)發(fā),安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of lactulose combined with Bacillus subtilis in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods: 60 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and control group (n = 32).The patients in the two groups were given lactulose, the patients in the treatment group were given Bacillus subtilis and the patients in the control group were treated with placebo for 2 weeks. The patients in the control group were stopped taking lactofructose until the 4th week.The defecation times, fecal traits, constipation symptoms, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: the defecation times, fecal traits and constipation symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved in the second week compared with those before treatment (P 0.05).The improvement of each index of constipation in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group at the 4th week, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the quality of life of the two groups was improved at the 4th week compared with that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The scores of somatic discomfort, satisfaction and total score in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group (P 0.05), and no serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion: lactofructose combined with Bacillus subtilis can effectively relieve functional constipation, improve abdominal symptoms, ease the recurrence of constipation, and be safe and reliable.
