【摘要】：目的觀察布加綜合征(BCS)患者腔房轉(zhuǎn)流術(shù)后血清絲裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)相關(guān)蛋白的表達(dá)。方法選取腔房轉(zhuǎn)流術(shù)后BCS患者(觀察組)和健康志愿者(對照組),各40例。采用Western blot檢測術(shù)前和術(shù)后3 d及1個(gè)月血清MAPK相關(guān)蛋白表達(dá)。結(jié)果 (1)觀察組術(shù)前和術(shù)后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)血清胞外信號調(diào)節(jié)激酶1/2(ERK1/2)、p38、c-Jun氨基末端激酶及胞外信號調(diào)節(jié)激酶5(ERK5)的表達(dá)水平與對照組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),且觀察組術(shù)前表達(dá)水平與術(shù)后3 d及術(shù)后1個(gè)月比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)觀察組術(shù)前和術(shù)后各時(shí)間P-ERK1/2、P-p38及磷酸化c-Jun氨基末端激酶(P-JNK)表達(dá)水平均高于對照組,P-ERK5低于對照組;(3)觀察組術(shù)后3 d的P-ERK1/2、P-p38及P-JNK表達(dá)水平較術(shù)前上升,而P-ERK5較術(shù)前下降。結(jié)論腔房轉(zhuǎn)流術(shù)可上調(diào)BCS患者血清P-ERK1/2、P-p38及P-JNK的表達(dá)水平,下調(diào)血清P-ERK5的表達(dá)水平,而對各總蛋白的表達(dá)無調(diào)控作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) related proteins in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) after cavities atrial bypass (CABG). Methods 40 patients with BCS and 40 healthy volunteers (control group) after CABG were selected as control group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). Western blot was used to detect the expression of serum MAPK related protein before and after 3 days and 1 month after operation. Results: in the observation group, serum extracellular signal regulated kinase 1 / 2 ERK1 / 2 was measured before and 3 days after operation, and the expression of c-Jun amino terminal kinase and extracellular signal regulated kinase were measured. The expression level of ERK5) was compared with that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and the expression level before operation in the observation group was compared with that on the 3rd day after operation and 1 month after operation. The expression levels of P-ERK1 / 2p38 and phosphorylated c-Jun amino-terminal kinase (P-JNK5) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 3 days after operation. The expression levels of P-ERK1 / 2P-p38 and P-JNK in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 3 days after operation. Conclusion the expression of P-ERK1 / 2 p38 and P-JNK in serum of patients with BCS can be upregulated, and the expression of P-ERK5 is down-regulated, but the expression of total protein is not regulated.
