【摘要】：肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞(liver sinusoidal endothelial cells,LSECs)作為肝臟中比例最高的非實(shí)質(zhì)細(xì)胞,其窗孔結(jié)構(gòu)和高內(nèi)吞清除能力在肝臟生理病理過程中發(fā)揮不可或缺的作用。LSECs主要通過發(fā)揮抗炎、內(nèi)吞、分泌促血管生成信號(hào)分子和維持HSCs表型等作用,參與調(diào)控非酒精性脂肪肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)、酒精性脂肪肝(alcoholic fatty liver,AFL)、肝細(xì)胞性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)、肝再生、肝纖維化等肝臟病理過程。該文就LSECs正常生理功能及其在各種病理狀態(tài)下發(fā)揮的不同作用作一綜述,旨在通過靶向LSECs為治療肝臟疾病提供新的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs), as the highest proportion of non-parenchymal cells in the liver, play an indispensable role in the physiological and pathological process of liver. LSECs play an indispensable role in the physiological and pathological process of liver. Secretion of angiogenic signaling molecules and maintenance of HSCs phenotype are involved in the regulation of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAF LDV), alcoholic fatty liver (alcoholic fatty liver), fatty liverine (AFL), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), liver regeneration. This article reviews the normal physiological function of LSECs and its different roles in various pathological states in order to provide a new viewpoint for the treatment of liver diseases by targeting LSECs.
