【摘要】：目的研究并探討鼻腔擴(kuò)容加改良懸雍垂腭咽成形術(shù)治療阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSHAS)的臨床療效。方法于2011年7月—2015年7月,整群選取75例該院收治的OSHAS患者,隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組35例實(shí)施單純改良懸雍垂腭咽成形術(shù),觀察組40例實(shí)施鼻腔擴(kuò)容術(shù)聯(lián)合改良懸雍垂腭咽成形術(shù),比較兩組患者的臨床總有效率、呼吸暫停低通氣指數(shù)。結(jié)果觀察組的臨床總有效率為95%,與對(duì)照組相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,觀察組患者的呼吸暫停低通氣指數(shù)(18.45±9.53)分較治療前明顯改善(P0.05),且較治療后的對(duì)照組(28.09±10.22)分明顯更低(P0.05),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論對(duì)阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征患者實(shí)施鼻腔擴(kuò)容術(shù)聯(lián)合改良懸雍垂腭咽成形術(shù)的療效顯著。
