不同分期糖尿病視網膜病變黃斑區(qū)微血管的形態(tài)結構及血流密度改變—OCTA研究

目的:應用光學相干斷層掃描血流成像技術(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)觀察不同分期糖尿病視網膜病變黃斑區(qū)微血管的形態(tài)結構變化及血流密度變化。方法:52例糖尿病患者70眼納入研究組,根據DR國際臨床分期標準,納入患糖尿病無糖尿病視網膜病變(0期組)12人20眼,輕度非增殖性糖尿病視網膜病變(輕度NPDR組)11人18眼,中度或重度非增殖性糖尿病視網膜病變(中度和重度NPDR)組10人17眼,增殖性糖尿病視網膜病變(PDR組)9人15只眼,和年齡相匹配健康人9人18眼入對照組。所有入選受試者均用OCTA對黃斑區(qū)視網膜行3mm×3mm和6mm×6mm范圍模式掃描,得到淺層毛細血管網(superficial capillary plexus,SCP)中心凹無血管區(qū)(foveal avascular zone,FAZ)面積及SCP、深層毛細血管網(deep capillary plexuses,DCP)、脈絡膜毛細血管網的旁中心凹血流密度。應用Imagej軟件計算FAZ的面積和圓度指數(acircularity index,AI)。采...
