目的:應(yīng)用光學(xué)相干斷層掃描血流成像技術(shù)（optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA）觀察不同分期糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變黃斑區(qū)微血管的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)變化及血流密度變化。方法:52例糖尿病患者70眼納入研究組,根據(jù)DR國際臨床分期標(biāo)準(zhǔn),納入患糖尿病無糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變（0期組）12人20眼,輕度非增殖性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變（輕度NPDR組）11人18眼,中度或重度非增殖性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變（中度和重度NPDR）組10人17眼,增殖性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變（PDR組）9人15只眼,和年齡相匹配健康人9人18眼入對照組。所有入選受試者均用OCTA對黃斑區(qū)視網(wǎng)膜行3mm×3mm和6mm×6mm范圍模式掃描,得到淺層毛細(xì)血管網(wǎng)（superficial capillary plexus,SCP）中心凹無血管區(qū)（foveal avascular zone,FAZ）面積及SCP、深層毛細(xì)血管網(wǎng)（deep capillary plexuses,DCP）、脈絡(luò)膜毛細(xì)血管網(wǎng)的旁中心凹血流密度。應(yīng)用Imagej軟件計算FAZ的面積和圓度指數(shù)（acircularity index,AI）。采...
