【摘要】：目的觀察改良小梁切除術(shù)聯(lián)合絲裂霉素C治療原發(fā)性青光眼的效果。方法選擇原發(fā)性青光眼患者124例(144眼),隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各62例(72眼)。觀察組和對(duì)照組先將含絲裂霉素C棉片覆于鞏膜板層,作用時(shí)間2~3 min后分別行改良小梁切除術(shù)和傳統(tǒng)小梁切除術(shù)。術(shù)后隨訪1年,檢查患者術(shù)后1、2、4、8、12個(gè)月時(shí)的眼壓及視力。結(jié)果兩組術(shù)前眼壓和視力比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,術(shù)后兩組眼壓均降低、視力均有提高(P均0.05);與對(duì)照組術(shù)后比較,觀察組眼壓降低、視力提高(P均0.05)。結(jié)論改良小梁切除術(shù)聯(lián)合絲裂霉素C治療原發(fā)性青光眼,能有效控制患者眼壓,改善患者視力。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of modified trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of primary glaucoma. Methods 124 patients (144 eyes) with primary glaucoma were randomly divided into observation group (n = 62) and control group (n = 72). In the observation group and the control group, mitogen C cotton tablets were coated on the scleral lamellar layer for 2 min and 3 min, respectively. The patients were followed up for 1 year. Intraocular pressure (IOP) and visual acuity (IOP) were examined at 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 months after operation. Results there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure and visual acuity between the two groups before operation, but the intraocular pressure and visual acuity were decreased and visual acuity was improved in both groups after operation (P 0.05), and the intraocular pressure and visual acuity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion modified trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of primary glaucoma can effectively control intraocular pressure and improve visual acuity.
