【摘要】：先天性中外耳畸形的治療涉及改善外觀(整形)和聽力重建(耳科)兩方面,前者目前主要方法是耳廓再造,而后者方法多種多樣,需個性化序列治療才能取得最佳效果。而目前耳科與整形外科多是分離(不同醫(yī)院/不同科室)、無合作狀態(tài),由患者隨機選擇手術(shù),致整體效果欠佳,甚至造成不可復性損傷。所以,培養(yǎng)醫(yī)生"序列治療"理念對此類患者具有重要意義。通過對醫(yī)生進行技術(shù)整合、技術(shù)合作、技術(shù)熟知、技術(shù)了解幾個不同層次的培訓,及臨床應(yīng)用、查房、會診、講座、學術(shù)會議、網(wǎng)站媒體宣傳等活動,最終讓醫(yī)生具有"序列治療"理念、獲得最佳效果。
[Abstract]:The treatment of congenital Chinese and foreign ear malformation involves improving appearance (plastic surgery) and hearing reconstruction (ear department). At present, the former is mainly auricle reconstruction, while the latter has a variety of methods, so individualized sequence therapy is needed to achieve the best results. At present, the ear department and plastic surgery are mostly separated (different hospitals / different departments), there is no cooperative state, the patients randomly choose the operation, resulting in poor overall effect, or even irreparable injury. Therefore, it is of great significance to cultivate the concept of "sequence therapy" for such patients. Through the technical integration, technical cooperation, technical familiarity, technical understanding of several different levels of training, as well as clinical application, house rounds, consultations, lectures, academic conferences, website media publicity and other activities, finally let doctors have the concept of "sequence therapy" and obtain the best results.
