【摘要】：目的探討感音性聾實(shí)施畸變產(chǎn)物耳聲發(fā)射(DPOAE)測試的參數(shù)設(shè)置。方法隨機(jī)選取2011年3月至2014年10月上海市崇明縣第二人民醫(yī)院收治的34例(68耳)感音性聾患者作為感音性聾組,另選取同期本院進(jìn)行體檢的34例(68耳)聽力正常的健康者作為對照組。對照組未進(jìn)行任何干預(yù),同時(shí)對兩組受試者進(jìn)行感音性聾患者DPOAE測試。比較兩組受試者的最佳參數(shù)設(shè)置并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果感音性聾組L1/L2=65/50 d BSPL時(shí)2 k Hz的DPOAE引出率為98.5%(67/68),低于對照組的100.0%(68/68),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。感音性聾組患者L1/L2=70/70、65/50 d BSPL時(shí)0.5、1、2 k Hz的DPOAE反應(yīng)幅值均顯著低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。L1/L2=70/70 d BSPL時(shí)0.5、1、2 k Hz的靈敏度分別為82.4%(56/68)、75.0%(51/68)、73.5%(50/68),特異度分別為85.3%(58/68)、66.2%(45/68)、70.6%(48/68),接受者操作特征曲線(ROC曲線)下面積分別為0.822、0.841、0.804;ROC曲線下面積分別為0.981、0.981、0.993。L1/L2=65/50 d BSPL時(shí)0.5、1、2 k Hz的靈敏度和特異度均高于L1/L2=70/70 d BSPL。結(jié)論感音性聾實(shí)施DPOAE測試的刺激強(qiáng)度應(yīng)該設(shè)置為L1/L2=65/50 d BSPL。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the parameter setting of distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) test in sensorineural deafness. Methods from March 2011 to October 2014, 34 patients (68 ears) with sensorineural deafness were randomly selected as the group of sensorineural deafness, and 34 healthy patients (68 ears) with normal hearing were selected as the control group. No intervention was performed in the control group, and DPOAE test was performed in both groups of subjects with sensorineural deafness.
