【摘要】：目的探討阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征患者高刺激率ABR和常規(guī)刺激率ABR的臨床價值及其與間歇性低氧的關(guān)系。方法對58例(116耳)OSAHS患者及正常成年人分別進行11次/秒及51次"秒刺激率的聽性腦干反應(ABR)測試,比較組間結(jié)果。結(jié)果 11次"秒刺激率ABR,OSAHS組雙耳的波I潛伏期(1.51±0.13ms)較對照組(1.33±0.07ms)延長;波V潛伏期(5.65±0.23ms)較對照組(5.53±0.23ms)延長;在51次/s刺激率下,患者組雙耳的Ⅰ波潛伏期、Ⅴ波潛伏期均比正常人延長,(1.64±0.12ms)較對照組(1.44±0.06ms)延長;波V潛伏期(5.92±0.26ms)較對照組(5.80±0.18ms)延長;有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。而在兩種刺激率下,兩組人群雙耳的Ⅰ~Ⅴ波間期、波間期差值之間的差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論高刺激率ABR可發(fā)現(xiàn)中度及重度OSAHS患者耳蝸功能的損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the clinical value of ABR and the normal stimulation rate ABR in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and its relationship with intermittent hypoxia. Methods Fifty-eight (116 ears) OSAHS patients and normal adults were treated respectively for 11 times/ second and 51 "The auditory brainstem response (ABR) test of the second stimulation rate was compared between the groups. Results 11"-second stimulation (ABR). The latency (1.51-0.13 ms) in the ears of the OSAHS group was longer than that in the control group (1.33-0.07 ms), and the latency of the wave V (5.65-0.23 ms) was longer than that in the control group (5.53-0.23 ms). The latency of I-wave and V-wave in the two ears of the patient group was longer than that of the control group (1.44-0.06 ms) at the 51/ s stimulation rate, and the latency of the wave V (5.92-0.26ms) was longer than that of the control group (5.80-0.18ms), and the latency of the wave-V (5.92-0.26ms) was longer than that of the control group (5.80-0.18ms), and there was a significant difference (P0.05). At the two stimulation rates, there was no significant difference between the first and fifth wave intervals of the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion The high stimulation rate ABR can detect the damage of the cochlear function in the patients with moderate and severe OSAHS.
