【摘要】:正RNA干擾(RNA interference,RNAi)是在研究新小桿線蟲(chóng)雙鏈RNA(double strand RNA,dsRNA)介導(dǎo)的基因出現(xiàn)表達(dá)抑制時(shí)首次被發(fā)現(xiàn)的,但由于這樣的基因沉默是系統(tǒng)性的,當(dāng)時(shí)有假設(shè)RNAi的效應(yīng)是由一些穩(wěn)定的中間媒介所調(diào)控的[1],后來(lái)才有更進(jìn)一步的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了這些中間媒介,例如
