【摘要】：目的比較新型眼生物測量儀Tomey OA-2000與IOLMaster獲得的白內(nèi)障患者眼生物參數(shù)的差異性和一致性。方法前瞻性研究。納入白內(nèi)障術(shù)前檢查者74例(74眼),分別應(yīng)用Tomey OA-2000和IOL-Master進(jìn)行測量,獲得眼軸長度(axial length,AL)、角膜曲率(keratometry,K)、前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)和角膜橫徑(white to white,WTW)等參數(shù)。配對t檢驗分析兩種設(shè)備獲得的眼生物參數(shù)之間的差異。Bland-Altman散點圖分析兩種設(shè)備獲得的各生物參數(shù)之間的一致性。結(jié)果Tomey OA-2000獲得的AL、平坦K(flat K,Kf)值、陡峭K(steep K,Ks)值、平均K(mean K,Km)值、中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)、ACD、晶狀體厚度(lens thickness,LT)、瞳孔直徑(pupil diameter,PD)和WTW值分別為(24.26±2.71)mm、(44.09±1.76)D、(45.01±1.73)D、(44.55±1.72)D、(518.41±34.18)μm、(3.07±0.48)mm、(4.48±0.61)mm、(4.07±0.95)mm和(11.50±0.52)mm。IOLMaster獲得的AL、Kf、Ks、Km、ACD和WTW值分別為(24.33±2.69)mm、(44.21±1.74)mm、(45.15±1.76)D、(44.69±1.74)D、(3.04±0.46)mm和(11.65±0.41)mm。Tomey OA-2000和IOLMaster獲得的AL、Kf、Ks、Km、ACD和WTW差值分別為(-0.07±0.10)mm(t=-5.99,P0.01)、(-0.12±0.14)mm(t=1.99,P=0.05)和(-0.14±0.32)mm(t=-3.73,P0.01)。兩種設(shè)備獲得的AL、Kf、Ks、Km、ACD的95%一致性界限(Lo A)其上下限最大絕對值分別為0.27 mm、0.50 D、0.53 D、0.38 D、0.30 mm,一致性較好;而WTW的95%Lo A為0.78 mm,一致性較差。結(jié)論Tomey OA-2000和IOLMaster獲得的AL、K、ACD差異小,一致性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the difference and consistency of eye biological parameters between Tomey OA-2000 and IOLMaster. Methods prospective study. 74 cases (74 eyes) of cataract were examined before cataract. The axial length (axial length,AL), corneal curvature (keratometry,K), anterior chamber depth (anterior chamber depth,ACD) and corneal transverse diameter (white to white,WTW) were measured by Tomey OA-2000 and IOL-Master, respectively. The difference between the eye biological parameters obtained by the two kinds of equipment was analyzed by pairing t test, and the consistency between the biological parameters obtained by the two kinds of equipment was analyzed by Bland-Altman scatter plot. Results the values of AL, flat K (flat K, K f, steep K (steep K, K s, mean K (mean K, km), central corneal thickness (central corneal thickness,CCT), ACD, lens thickness (lens thickness,LT), pupil diameter (pupil diameter,PD) and WTW were (24.26 鹵2.71) mm, (44.09 鹵1.76) D, (45.01 鹵1.73) D, (44.55 鹵1.72) D, respectively.
