【摘要】：目的比較不同屈光狀態(tài)的間歇性外斜視患者術(shù)后立體視功能重建的差異。設(shè)計(jì)回顧性病例系列。研究對(duì)象北京同仁醫(yī)院2014年7月至2015年8月被診斷為間歇性外斜視已經(jīng)接受手術(shù)治療的患者227例。方法將患者按照屈光狀態(tài)分為遠(yuǎn)視組、正視組、近視組和屈光參差組,比較分析四組患者術(shù)前術(shù)后的遠(yuǎn)近立體視功能狀況。主要指標(biāo)遠(yuǎn)立體視功能和近立體視功能。結(jié)果(1)不同屈光狀態(tài)組患者術(shù)后1個(gè)月以眼位評(píng)價(jià)的手術(shù)成功率無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.775)。(2)遠(yuǎn)視、正視、近視和屈光參差組的患者術(shù)前遠(yuǎn)立體視保存率分別為24.1%、16.3%、20.5%和20.0%(P=0.802),術(shù)后1個(gè)月遠(yuǎn)立體視保存率分別為17.2%、26.3%、41.1%和24.4%。正視、近視和屈光參差組患者術(shù)后的遠(yuǎn)立體視的保存率均較術(shù)前有所提高,但只有近視組患者的術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)立體視保存率的提高有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.001)。(3)遠(yuǎn)視、正視、近視和屈光參差組的患者術(shù)前近立體視保存率分別為65.5%、81.3%、82.2%和64.4%,術(shù)后1個(gè)月近立體視保存率分別為65.5%、87.5%、90.4%和62.2%,正視組和近視組的患者術(shù)前術(shù)后的近立體視保存率均高于遠(yuǎn)視組和屈光參差組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論合并近視的間歇性外斜視患者術(shù)后短期內(nèi)的遠(yuǎn)立體視功能重建優(yōu)于合并遠(yuǎn)視、正視及屈光參差的患者。
[Abstract]:Objective To compare the difference of three-dimensional visual function in patients with intermittent exotropia in different refractive states. Design retrospective case series. In the study,227 patients with intermittent exotropia had been treated for intermittent exotropia from July 2014 to August 2015. Methods The patients were divided into the group of hypermetropia, the front group, the myopia group and the refractive index group according to the refractive state. The main index is far-stereoscopic function and near-stereoscopic function. Results (1) There was no statistical difference (P = 0.775) in the operation success rate of the patients with different refractive state group after 1 month after operation. (2) The pre-operative far-stereoscopic preservation rates of the patients with hypermetropia, face-to-face, myopia and refractive index were 24.1%, 16.3%, 20.5% and 20.0%, respectively (P = 0.802), and the three-dimensional apparent preservation rate was 17.2%, 26.3%, 41.1% and 24.4%, respectively. The preservation rate of the far-stereoscopic vision after the operation of the patients with myopia and refractive index was higher than that before operation, but the improvement of the apparent preservation rate of the patients with myopia group was statistically significant (P = 0.001). (3) The three-dimensional visual preservation rate was 65.5%, 81.3%, 82.2% and 64.4%, respectively, and the three-dimensional apparent preservation rate was 65.5%, 87.5%, 90.4% and 62.2%, respectively. The pre-operative and close-to-three-dimensional visual preservation rate of the patients with both the front and the near-sighted group was higher than that of the hypermetropia group and the refractive index group (P <0.05). Conclusion The postoperative long-term visual function reconstruction of patients with short-term and short-term vision is superior to that of patients with hypermetropia, face-to-face and anisometropia.
