【摘要】：目的分析標本涂片檢查對眼部感染性疾病的判斷價值。方法回顧性分析1 000份行涂片檢查、微生物培養(yǎng)的眼部微生物標本相關資料,比較標本涂片、培養(yǎng)陽性結果。結果標本涂片陽性330份,培養(yǎng)陽性422份,涂片+培養(yǎng)陽性508份,各組陽性率比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);涂片在角膜、房水、玻璃體、眼內容物及虹膜標本陽性率方面與培養(yǎng)比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);涂片檢出病原菌株338份,培養(yǎng)檢出病原菌株437株,革蘭陽性球菌、絲狀真菌均分別占據(jù)前兩位,分別占34.32%、37.76%,31.07%、29.52%;涂片、培養(yǎng)診斷符合率73.70%。結論涂片聯(lián)合體外培養(yǎng)檢查出眼部感染性疾病標本陽性率相比兩者單獨檢查有明顯優(yōu)勢,標本涂片檢查可作為眼部感染性疾病早期篩查的重要手段之一。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the value of smear examination in the diagnosis of ocular infectious diseases. Methods The relevant data of 1,000 samples of smear and microbial culture were analyzed retrospectively, and the samples were compared and the positive results were compared. Results The positive rate of the smear positive was 330, the positive of the culture was 422, the positive of the smear + culture was 508, the positive rate of each group was statistically significant (P0.05); the smear was in the cornea, the aqueous humor, the vitreous body, The positive rate of the eye content and the positive rate of the iris specimen was statistically significant (P0.05);338 parts of the pathogenic bacteria strain were detected in the smear, and 437 strains of the pathogenic bacteria strain, the gram-positive cocci and the filamentous fungi respectively occupied the first two, accounting for 34.32%, 37.76%, 31.07% and 29.52% respectively; The coincidence rate of smear and culture was 73.70%. Conclusion The detection of the positive rate of the positive rate of infectious diseases in the eye can be an important means of the early screening of the infectious diseases of the eye.
