角膜塑形鏡與框架眼鏡矯正屈光參差對眼軸長度和前房深度的影響

【摘要】:目的比較屈光參差患者佩戴角膜塑形鏡和框架眼鏡后對眼軸長度和前房深度的影響。方法回顧性臨床分析。選擇2014年1月到2015年11月間在河南省立眼科醫(yī)院視光學(xué)中心因屈光參差驗配角膜塑形鏡患者40名,配戴框架鏡患者41名,在就診時,半年及一年時經(jīng)IOL-Master分別測量其眼軸長度及前房深度。采用獨立樣本t檢驗分析兩組患者眼軸長度及前房深度變化。結(jié)果眼軸變化,半年及一年后塑形鏡組與框架組差別均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(半年t=1.36,P0.05,一年t=1.83,P0.05);前房深度變化,半年及一年后塑形鏡組與框架組差別均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(半年t=3.61,P0.05,一年t=4.01,P0.05)。結(jié)論角膜塑形鏡矯正屈光參差與框架鏡相比,患眼眼軸長度變化小,前房深度變化小。

Methods retrospective clinical analysis. From January 2014 to November 2015, 40 patients and 41 patients wearing frame lens were examined in the Optooptic Center of Henan Provincial Ophthalmology Hospital due to refractive parameter difference.
